Life Coaching Sessions

Individual Life Coaching (45 min.)
Individual life coaching are private sessions done in person at the Elkins Park location, phone or video calling. Each session last for 50 minutes.   The client will set goals for those areas in their life they face challenges in and want to see improvement:
  • Family issues

  • Relationships

  • Career Transition

  • Self-esteem/ self-worth/ self-confidence

  • Finances

  • Decision making

  • Trust

  • Forgiveness/Compassion

  • Personal Power

  • Faith/Spirituality

  • Vulnerability

 

 

 

 

 

Themed Group Coaching (1 hr 30 min)

Group coaching* consist of 4 to 8 individuals.  Meetings take place in person for an hour and 30 minutes.  Group coaching is a great way to create a support group where others share your experience. Group coaching will focus on a particular theme. Issues are discussed in a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental and confidential environment.  Some of the themed group coaching that I will present are; ** 

 

  • Single Mothers -helping single mothers manage stress that comes with being a mother.  We will discuss: Divorce, dating, child support, custody and pregnancy. Mothers will learn the available resources to help them resolve their situation.  We will also explore careers and education.  Mothers are guided on the varies options to fund their education.  In deciding what career to focus on, we will create a vision board.  Vision boards are a great way to manifest what you desire. Meditation is incorporated in the vision board class to help in being creative with your vision.    

  • Life after High School (18 to 23)- This group will explore their creative talents to decide which path they will take.  We will dicuss how to turn your hobby/ talents into a career and build self-confidence.  We will also explore education options.*  

  • Mid-Life Crisis (Women age range 30 to 40)-This group is for women going through a midlife transition and need direction.  This transition usually occurs around a significant life event; death of a parent, entering a new decade, reevaluating your performance at a long time job  We will teach you how to navigate through this stage and get you through safely. * 

  • Stress Management for Police Officers- covers issues involving depression, work and life balance, suicide prevention, alcohol abuse, relationship problems, critical incident stress, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.* 

 

*Classes TBD .  Call for start dates.

** Groups are only for the participants.  Children are not allowed in the class as we do not have a place to accomodate them.
